Layered Slimline Floral Card
Hi friends. Its Teri with @terismailbox with a slimline floral card posted for CutCardStock. I love Curious Metallic Cardstock. It is so versatile and colors beautifully with Copic Markers.

Floral Die Cut

Start by stamping your floral image on Curious Metallic Virtual Pearl Cardstock using a Copic Friendly Ink. The Wild Flora Stamp and Die set from Altenew is perfect for slimline floral cards. Stamp two images so you can color and trail down the Slimline card base. Choose your marker colors and color the images.
Die cut the images and set aside to work on the card base.

Create The Card Base
Trim Cougar 100 lb. Cardstock to 8 x 9.25 inches and score in the middle on the long edge to create the base. Select a slimline die to cut the Curious Metallic Electric Blue Cardstock into a banner shape. Note: the cardstock I used was 5 x 7 inches so I needed to cut a second piece to cover the base. Pop up the blue banner with foam tape or fun foam to add dimension.

Assemble the card
Once the banner is attached, adhere the flowers down the left side using your choice of adhesive. You may need to trim the bottom of the top floral image so the stems do not hang out.

Cut two circles one smaller than the other for the sentiment. Cut the larger circle from Curious Metallic Virtual Pearl Cardstock and color with Matching Distress Ink (Prize Ribbon is an excellent choice). Heat emboss the sentiment of your choice on the smaller circle. Glue the circles together and attach to the card front.
