Pumpkins Sign!

I have another lovely autumn decor project today! A Pumpkins Sign for a corner, you front door, anywhere really! This is also from SVGCuts, I love their autumn decor items, and using this fabulous cardstock makes them that much better!

Cardstock:

I used a lot of cardstock for this project. I had to play a little with the cut files to get them to fit some of these papers, but totally worth it! I started of with Royal Sundance White, Royal Sundance Kraft, Stardream Metallic Flame, Curious Metallic Peacock, Basis Brown, Dark Orange, and Orange Zest. I pulled out some Gold, but I ended up not using it.

Pumpkins Sign Pieces:

After pulling out all my cardstock and patterned papers, it was time to cut. I had to play around with the files for them to fit the smaller cardstock, after a lot of wrong cuts, I got it all cut and ready to assemble. Starting with the letters and front panel, as they were the most difficult of this project.

Pumpkin Sign Assembly:

These letters turned out so awesome! They took quite some time to put together, but I did it! After they were together and put into the allotted spaces, using Mandrian Spice from Catherine Pooler, I inked the tops of each letter. I glued all the top panel layers together, now to put the sign itself together.

Pumpkins Sign Final Touches:

After the Pumpkins Sign is all together, I added the 2 pumpkins, and the yellow flowers. The 5 cent I didn’t like so i used some Liquid Pearls to makes it all black. I added some Flair, some fussy cut acorns, acrylic hearts, and of course some Sequins! This turned out better than I had anticipated! I love the finishing touches, they add the perfect sparkle !

Thanks for popping in! I hope you try something inspired by this awesome sign! if you did, I would love to see what you created, as well as where you have it hung!
Happy Scrafting!
