Hello everyone! I am sharing a super sweet layout with you today. Using the P13 Sugar and Spice collection and paired it with some beautiful Royal Sundance cardstock. I used it to add some layers and well as in some die cuts. Here is how I put this Sugar and Spice Layout together!

Cardstock and Paper:

You’ll notice these are different pictures, I decided half way through to use the 4 smaller photos. Anyway, I used this adorable collection from P13. There was a lot of fussy cutting involved in this layout, but it was worth it. Going with this paper, I choose Royal Sundance Periwinkle, Royal Sundance Rose, Royal Sundance Natural, and Royal Sundance White. I also decided to pull in some Stardream Metallic Azalea, Stardream Metallic Lagoon, and a sheet of Pop-Tone Sno Cone.

Snacks Cut File:

Playing with this cut file was a little tricky. It took some time getting all these sequins glued down. I used the White cardstock and outlined it, than cut it out with some scissors. Than I outlined the outside and inside so I wasn’t over using sequins, or having to trim them off. They can pop off trying to trim them down. Trying to keep them inside the inner outline as much as possible. Using 3 mixes from SpiegelMom Scraps that I thought worked beautifully with this collection. Once this was all dry, I glued the cut file down.

Sugar and Spice Cotton Candy:

Using the Periwinkle, Rose, Azalea, Lagoon, Sno Cone, Natural and Kraft papers, I created these super cute cotton Candy Dies. I used some Catherine Pooler inks, All That Jazz and Party Dress, to add some contrast to them. Once they were together and dry I used Crystal glaze and some Jewel Drops to finish them off. I absolutely love how they turned out.

Photos and Layout:

This is when I switched out my photos. The 4 smaller ones seemed to fit better and I liked the overall feel of the layout better. I crazy layered these photos, using the Periwinkle, Rose, Natural and a sheet of patterned paper, alternating through the photos. I also layered the papers on the layout, using Patterned paper, Rose and the White.

Sugar and Spice Layout:

Finishing this layout, I used some pop dots on the cotton candy, added some flair, the fussy cut pieces and some additional sequins. I added some Nuvo Drops here and there as well. Using some Black crystal drops to highlight the smaller lettering on the cut file.

This was really fun to put together and I love the how well these Royal Sundance cardstock matched this collection and complimented these adorable photos of my niece. I hope you grab yours while they are sale! Dont forget your projects with us!
