Happy Valentine’s Day!
Today I’m excited to share some fun, Valentine’s Day cards with you all. Hi everyone—Natalie here! I couldn’t wait to start creating when I received these gorgeous patterned papers. The colors and designs are perfect for Valentine projects, and they coordinate beautifully with Lessebo Dawn and Lessebo Blossom cardstock. Everything works together so seamlessly that the design process feels easy and enjoyable. There’s no need to overthink color choices. Instead, you can focus on being creative and having fun with your design
Let’s start by taking a look at my main card.

First, let’s talk about the cardstock colors I used.
- I used Classic Crest Solar White for the base. This is one of my favorite for card bases. It is a nice weight and also accepts alcohol marker coloring very well.
- Lessebo Blossom
- Lessebo Dawn
They are the perfect combination for Valentine’s Day projects.
To create my card, I began with a card base measuring 4 1/4″ × 11″.
I scored the cardstock at 5 1/2″ to create a top-folding card.
Next, I used Lessebo Dawn cardstock.
I die cut it with a stamp-style background die.
This die works especially well with the designs in the paper.
After die cutting the background from Dawn cardstock, I layered a piece of patterned paper just inside the cut lines.
Next, I die cut a banner from Lessebo Blossom cardstock.
I adhered the banner to the top portion of the patterned paper.
Then, I added a tag from the paper collection using foam tape.
This process is very easy when you are working with a coordinating collection of papers, tags, and stickers.
Here is a look at another card I made with the same supplies

I love how these cards turned out, and they were so easy to put together. CutCardStock has so many color choices, that it is easy to find something that works. Thanks for stopping by today. I hope you enjoyed my cards!
