Double Easter Basket
Hello Friends! Do you enjoy creating projects for the season/holidays? I sure do! Hi, it’s Patty from The Quiet Sister and I am sharing a colorful Easter basket made using die cuts. It is a smaller basket, but it has so many possibilities!

Crafting The Basket
Using the Bag Topper Box die set, I cut the base of the basket out twice using Bonsai Card Stock. To ensure I had a strong, stable basket, I cut three side panels out of Aqua Card Stock. The handle of the basket was cut out of Yellow Jacket Card Stock. I scored both basket die cuts and glued the side panels to the basket. This created one side. I glued the second basket to the side panel of the completed basket and then added the third side panel to have a double basket. To finish up the basket, add the handle to the top.

Creating The Decorative Elements
To decorate the side panels, I used the Easter Bag Topper Add On. Cut the pink side panel decorations out using Raspberry Ice card stock, Yellow Jacket Card Stock and Bonsai Card Stock. The Raspberry Ice is the base layer, and the Yellow Jacket and Bonsai are for the darling bunnies and sentiment. Cut six eggs out of Cougar White Card Stock. For the decorative portion of the eggs, cut out using Yellow Jacket, Aqua and Bonsai Card Stock. Inlay your bunnies into the design and glue on the sentiment to the other panel. Adhere the decorative panels to the basket sides. Glue the decorative egg pieces to the white egg base. Adhere the eggs to the basket sides. Glue left over bunnies where ever you want!

I filled my basket with recyclable Easter grass. And, of course, candy. Thanks so much for joining me today. Head over to the CutCardStock shop and check out all of their beautiful papers and envelopes!
