Clean and Simple Fall Card
Hey y’all, it’s Laura here. I’m coming from Oklahoma to share a clean and simple fall card. This card was inspired by Heather Nichols. I loved the tone on tone die cut background of a recent card she did. So I decided to take the inspiration and make my own card.

The supplies you will need:
- Baronial Ivory Cardstock
- Basis Brown Cardstock
- Vellum
- Adhesive of your choice
- Fall Stamp
- Coordinating Ink
- Dies of your choice
- Embellishments

You can use any metal dies or cut files. Choose the color of your card panel first, and then die cut the images out of the same color. I chose to go with Baronial Ivory Cardstock. I used my mini die cutting machine to easily cut these images. Die-cut more than you think you need.

I then arranged all the pieces of my pre-trimmed card panel. I made sure to have some hanging off all the sides.

I then used Press n Seal to capture all the images and used tiny dots of liquid glue. I then hovered this over the Ivory panel and placed it down. Since the Press n Seal is see-through it helps with aligning. Make sure to burnish all the pieces and then slowly lift the Press n Seal. Trim off the excess.

After this panel is done, I trimmed some Basis Brown Cardstock to be a little bit bigger than this panel. I used Plus Tape Runner to adhere the card panels and onto the card base.

For my sentiment, I found a stamp that I got years ago at the Target dollar spot. I cut a rectangle to about the size of the stamp and stamped it with Walnut Stain Distress Oxide Ink. I used leftover die cuts of the Ivory cardstock and I also die cut some vellum leaves. I put some foam tape behind the sentiment and arranged how I wanted the leaves behind the sentiment and stuck it done lightly. I then lifted it all up and added some liquid glue behind it and then pressed firmly to make sure everything stuck to the background.

I didn’t have any embellishments that would go with this color scheme. So I found these pearls that I got at Walmart and used a gold metallic Sharpie to color over them. I tried to color them with regular Sharpies and alcohol markers, but they didn’t work. I added three of them to the empty space on the sentiment.

And that completes this card for today. If you like this card make sure to leave a comment below and follow us on social media. Y’all have a wonderful day.
