Lucky Card by Larissa Pittman

I am so thrilled to be a new member of the CutCardStock design team. Who doesn’t love amazing cardstock? I have a passion for cardmaking and usually, I am stamping and coloring on all my cards. Today I did something a little different.

I took a piece of Basic Green Card Stock, BASIS BLACK CARDSTOCK, and a piece of CURIOUS METALLIC GOLD LEAF CARDSTOCK and ran them through my Silhouette to cut this cute Shamrock Hat for St. Patrick’s Day. While I was at it I cut the word LUCKY too.

I used Copic markers G28 and G29 on the hat to give it a little dimension. Using liquid glue I adhered all the pieces together. I matted all the images on the BASIS BLACK CARDSTOCK. Then, I adhered them all on to a piece of the CURIOUS METALLIC GOLD LEAF CARDSTOCK. I matted the Gold Leaf piece on to a piece of the Basis Green CardStock.

I adhered the card front on to a white card base. I then finished off the card with a few Nuvo glitter drops and covered the word with the clear drops.

That finishes off my card for today. I hope you enjoyed it.

Crafty Hugs friends,
Larissa
