Silver Sparkly Snowflake Card

Greetings Crafty Friends, and Happy Holidays to all!

I love sparkly cards, and this one was so much fun to create. I started with Curious Metallic Lustre cardstock and added many layers of alcohol inks to create the blue/purple sparkly background.

The video covers the creation of the card:

The sentiment was stamped using Stampers Anonymous Christmastime 2 stamp and embossed in silver.

The snowflakes were created using a Sizzix Snowflake die, Glama Natural Translucent Vellum and heat embossed them with silver embossing powder.

I also embossed the background with a Stampers Anonymous Sparkle background stamp. The panel was trimmed and mounted with strips of Silver Glitter paper.

And of course, a coordinating envelope is a must! I used similar colors of Distress Inks and silver embossing powder to stamp a variety of snowflakes on the envelope front as well as the insert cut with the Altenew Envelope Liner die.

Thanks for stopping by today. Be well. Be creative.
