Hey friends! Have you ever wanted to surprise a friend or brighten someone’s day with a small gift…but had a hard time figuring out what to give them? Well I have an idea for you! Everyone loves receiving handmade cards, but what if you gave them an entire box of cards that they can have on hand?
Here’s how to make your own sparkly card gift box that you can fill with all your creative cards to spread some sunshine.
Supplies needed:
–Mirrisparkle Gold Glitter Cardstock
–Pink Basis Cardstock
–Tombow Adhesive
First, I cut out my box shape (from the Silhouette Design Store) with the Mirrisparkle Gold Glitter Cardstock and my Silhouette Cameo. The pink band was cut out of the Pink Basis Cardstock. I love this cardstock because it cuts like butter and all my designs come out with crisp edges all ready to assemble!
Next, I used the Tombow Adhesive to glue the tabs together on the box.
Check out the glitter on this paper! The Mirrisparkle is amazing because you get all the beauty and sparkle without ANY shedding of glitter! It’s seriously magic!
After assembling the box, glue the tab on the pink band.
After this step, you can write a tag using the white grommet tags, or keep the box more simple to show off the sparkle.
Now grab all your cards and notes, place them in the box and gift it to someone special to make their day!
