Dads Are One of a Kind
Dads are a special group of people and deserve special cards. It is always a challenge to make a new card for my dad because he keeps all the cards. I kept this card simple but elegant.
I started with a Basis White 110lb cardstock for the card base, Curious Metallic Galvanised cardstock, Basis Grey cardstock, POW Silver Glitter Paper, and Basis Black cardstock.
I stamped the images using my MISTI and Delicata Silver.
I layered the Basis Grey, Glitter Sliver and Black.
I embossed the Curious Metallic Galvinizes with a diamond plate embossing folder. Love how realistic it looks.
I layered the pieces on the card base. I used Double Side Foam Squares to attach the sentiment.
I am sure my dad will enjoy the card. It will be a surprise because he does not use the computer.
