Wine Bottle Wrapper – Anniversary Style!

Hi everyone, this is Laura with a new August design team project. I chose an anniversary theme project and decided to use Dreaming Tree’s Anniversary Wine Bottle Wrapper SVG cut file.

The prep work of cutting cardstock with my Cricut took some time, but putting together the entire project took 40 minutes. It was easy to do while following Dreaming Tree’s how-to video for the wine bottle wrapper, which was at a great pace.

I chose Black Prince Silk Glitter for the wrapper because I love how it elevates the bottle with some bling.

I used Stardream Metallic Bronze, Wedding Cake White, Japanese Maple Red, Lessebo Hunter Green, and Bright Gold Foil. These colors create a nice contrast between the white and other colors that blended.

The Stardream Metallic Bronze cardstock for the leaves is a perfect contrast to the textured red cardstock used for the flower.

The bottle is topped off with a bow and ribbon tails. It’s such a pretty addition and really adds to the overall elegance of this project.

There is an option to customize or personalize the ribbon. I preferred to keep it plain so I can gift the bottle for any occasion that may come up. Even though this is an anniversary themed project, it’s very versatile and can be used for many other occasions.

I coiled the gold flower stamen and used a 3D glue dot on a rhinestone. Love how that bling raises it a level! And isn’t the gold just beautiful in the center of the flower?!
