How to Make a Star Party Hat

It’s time to celebrate, why not make your own party hat? This design has a lot of options for you. You can make it as it is shown in the photo above. Next, how about lining it with some yellow tissue paper, so the stars are yellow? Or maybe stars aren’t your thing. You can edit out the stars and cut the hat pattern.
To make the party hat, I used Classic Linen Card Stock in Solar White. At 100# cover, it is a very sturdy paper and works well for making party hats that will hold up to use. I made the star on top from Astrobright Solar Yellow.
Tip: Cutting the Classic Linen Card Stock on a Cricut Maker, I cut the design twice at the 100# card stock setting with more pressure.
Also, rolling the card stock before assembly really helps with the construction of this cute star party hat.
