Do you enjoy hosting parties? I sure do! One thing I like about hosting is all the planning and figuring out the details. If you’re planning on having a get-together sometime soon, here’s a great idea to add some holiday festivity to your party in a fun and creative way! Check out how to make these cute 4th of July utensil holders!

Supplies Needed

Pop Tone Cardstock in Wild Cherry
Basis Cardstock in White
Basis Cardstock in Blue
-Tombow Adhesive
-baker’s twine
-die cutting machine

To begin, I used my Silhouette CAMEO electronic die-cutting machine to cut out the shapes of these cute utensil holders. The design is found in the Silhouette Online Design Store by the artist Sweet Afton.

Next, I folded along all the perforated lines (there’s a lot!)

Now take the 6 white pieces and glue them onto the inside of the blue star piece.

Continue until all 6 pieces are adhered.

Then add some glue to the tabs and begin curving the paper to adhere the box together.

Now fold and glue the white box. Then take the first red strip and begin adhering it around the bottom of the box.

Repeat for the second red strip. We are almost done!

To finish, all you need to do is add some twine to the holders.

Fill the holders with your party utensils and you’re all done!
