Hi crafty friends! Who loves hand made gift tags on their Christmas gifts? I do! I’m always so last minute that I have to buy mine. Every year, I think I will get some made ahead of the rush – but nope. This year, I got four done and it is only November so maybe this will be the year.

These are very simple and fast to make. I started with a tag die and die cut four tags out of different colors of card stock Classic Crest Solar White, Classic Crest Red Pepper, Stardream Metallic Lagoon, Stardream Metallic Green.

On all four tags, I stamped different sentiments with Versafine Onyx Black ink which is my favorite ink for a nice crisp black sentiment. I stamped “NO PEEKING” on the bottom right corner of all four tags.

I used a star stencil on all four tags trying to not stencil over any of the sentiment.

I cut four pieces of gold ribbon for the top of the tags.

I think they turned out cute and are a really good start to my Christmas gift tags for this year!

I think I will add a piece of twine to them to adhere them to the gift. I left the back of the tags blank but you could easily stamp “To:” and “From:” or just write it in.
