12 Days of Christmas Countdown

The Christmas season is quickly approaching, and I find myself enjoying the holidays more when I prepare ahead of time. If you’re looking for a fun way for your family to do the 12 days of Christmas, whether for service opportunities or telling the Christmas story, then read on for a simple idea!
Supplies:
–Pop-Tone Wild Cherry Cardstock
–Core’dinations Premium Botanical Cardstock
–Basis Cardstock in White
-Twine
–Double-sided Foam Adhesive Squares
-Die Cutting Machine
–Tombow Adhesive
To begin, I cut out all my box shapes out of the red and green cardstock with my Silhouette CAMEO machine. For the 12 days of Christmas, you will need 6 boxes of each color.

Next, fold the boxes along the perforated lines.

Using Tombow adhesive, glue the tabs together, as well as on the bottom. Then print numbers 1-12 on white cardstock, and punch out circles. Place adhesive foam squares on the back of the circle.

Center the circle onto the box. Repeat for the rest of the boxes.

Once all the boxes are glued, place your items in each one. This could be chocolate, daily service ideas, the Christmas story, etc.

Then take some twine and string it through the top holes of each box.

Now you have a fun 3D garland for your 12 Days of Christmas!
