Sunny Side Up

Bright oranges and yellows are so cheerful on cards.  I love using them for friendship and encouragement.  Since Pop-Tone card stock is on sale this month, I thought I’d combine a few of my favorite choices using a cute little stamp set from Spellbinders called the Breakfast Club

I started off by first blending some Distress Oxide inks in Squeezed Lemonade and Spiced Marmalade over a sunshine stencil I attached to a Cougar flat card.
After trimming off the sides, I added the stenciled note card to the top left corner of a card I made using Orange Fizz card stock.  I used foam tape to give the panel some dimension.
I added the little piece of toast I cut from Neenah Environment Desert Storm card stock along with the fried eggs over the sun rays.  For the yolks, I used Lemon Drop card stock.
I added a few enamel drops for more color along with the sentiment that came with the stamp set.  I love all the citrus-y colors!  Be sure to head over to the CutCardstock shop to see all the color options in the Pop-Tone collection.
Thanks so much for joining me today!
