Sometimes a simple thanks is just that… not complicated or crowded out with detail. That’s exactly what I’m sharing with you today.
I created the autumnal blend I wanted on the cardstock that I would be die cutting my flower from. These inks are beautiful, and I love the slight texture I got from using the Savoy cotton cardstock.
Not only does the cotton cardstock take ink well, it die cuts like a champ! I chose to cut the “thankful” die from Dark Orange Basis cardstock.
I adhered the simple elements to a card from cut from Brown Bag cardstock. I thought it needed a little something extra, so I used a fine tip marker and straight edge to add a slight border. I thought this created the grounding effect it was missing.
