Yacht please!
It’s back to school time for many of you, but for me, I’ve still got two full weeks of summer with my kiddos, as construction at our schools pushed us back. So my brain is still in full summer mode, which means pretty much non-functioning – LOL!
I do look forward to this project that I get to work on each summer – an invitation to an event hosted by a local company in my community. It’s held at a lovely venue, so I was excited to see that this year they chose to celebrate on a yacht! Wow!
With the yacht in mind, I decided it would be appropriate to go with a watercolor theme this year. So I opened up my Gansai Tambi palette and got to painting!
The Gansai Tampi palette has this gorgeous navy blue color that I absolutely love – I’ve used it on several projects. I find it to be the perfect shade of navy – with no mixing!
Here are the four concepts that I presented to the client. They chose the stripes concept with no revisions. Woo hoo!
As usual, I had these printed on my fav paper, the Classic Crest cover stock.
