I Whale-y love you

After cutting all the pieces out with my Silhouette Cameo 3 it was time to play. With the added assistance of highlights with the Craftwell eBrush, the paper tends to really pop.

One thing I like to do with bubbles is float in different colors because well, why not!

 The sloppier the work with the ink, I find it to be better

Since I used three different blues/teal from the Astrobright collection, I decided to add some other pops of color on the card to kind of break it up a bit. Adding seaweed and other small sea creatures accomplished this.

To bring a bit of shimmer and shine to the tops of the waves on the card and treat bag, I added some silver Ranger Ink embossing powder and ink pen.
