Hello CutCardStock fans! It’s hard to believe it’s already February and yet here we are almost a full week in! This is such a fun month to make cards and today I have a couple to share with you featuring the Neenah Cardstock!
First off let’s talk about how great this cardstock is for a solid base. Nobody wants a flimsy base and you definitely won’t get that if you use this! Taking it further I wanted to check out how it worked for border strips. So I punched seven rows of my scallop border and then lined those up on the bottom of my card to create a pretty ruffle. I also used it with my Silhouette Cameo to cut out the word “love.”
For this card I used it for my base and then for an additional layer in the card. Once again it provided a sturdy base and added in a nice solid layer to stabilize some of that patterned paper. For both my projects I used the Neenah Esse Pearl Smooth WHITE 105lb Card Stock but there are textured and color options also available.
