Thinking of You Card

Hi crafty friends! I think the best card to make and give is a “thinking of you” card. What could be better than sending a card to someone for no reason other than to make their day just a little brighter? 
I think this card looks like it might have taken a long time to make but actually, it came together really fast. The person getting it will think you spent a long time on it for them. I took a Curious Metallic A2 folded card base in Gold Leaf and die cut the front of the card base out with a fancy die.

Then I took a piece of Classic Linen cardstock in White Pearl trimmed down to 5 1/4″ X 4″ and inked it all over with Fushia and Lemon Tonic ink. 

I die cut the sentiment in White Pearl and two bases for the sentiment in Gold Pearl. 

One of the bases I adhered with foam tape to the front of the card and the second one to the inside of the card to hide the adhesive which was showing through.  Then I adhered the sentiment to the front of the card. 

I adhered the inked panel to the inside of the card base.
