Halloween Mini Pennant Picks

These cute Halloween pennants add a little Practical Magic to your treat cups. Hi I’m Maureen (A Little Mo Crafty) and I used colorful CutCardStock to create a witchy mini pennant for a movie party. They’re quick, easy, and so much fun to make—here’s how!

First, cut 2 -2” pennants in Stardream Rose Quartz with a die cut. Also, cut 2 spiderwebs from Lessebo Pitch Black.

Next, glue down pom pom ribbon on the edge backs of each mini pennant. Leave the left edge open and trim off excess.

Adhere the left edge of the pennant to a stir stick, straw or spoon with glue. Additionally, clamp it closed while it dries with a clothespin or tweezers.

Now, attach the spiderweb to the backside of the stick. I also glued it to the pennant and bagged candy for added security.

From here, cut 2 decorative hearts in Classic Crest Solar White. Alternatively, you could cut this in a coordinated color or dust edges with ink.

To create dimension, attach a 3D element like a broom or spider to the lower left of the heart. I found these in a store dollar section. Aren’t they cute??

After that, glue this to your pennant, and add a black ribbon bow. In addition, cut smaller accents like these hearts in a Pearlized Strawberry Cream Pink paper for more dimension.

Now it’s time to stuff your treat container! For an extra touch, I bought plastic Halloween cups and filled them with leftover Easter grass! Finally, add candy and other trinkets in to suit your theme.

Finally, I added a printed sentiment to my cups with Classic Crest Solar White. Your recipients will adore the additional themed detail and you will have them spellbound with the cuteness!
