Masculine Style Anniversary Card
Hey everybody! Happy Thursday – I hope you have something fun planned this weekend! Have you ever noticed that most anniversary cards appeal to the lady? Leslie here, sharing a masculine style anniversary card featuring our Lessebo Granite Gray and Cement Gray and Bright Gold Foil. I used some cool metal textures papers in my stash which, along with the gray cardstock, give this card a masculine feel. I then added floral and butterfly ephemera and gold pearls for just a little feminine flair, hopefully appealing to both the lady and the gentleman. I’m a fun fold fanatic and really enjoyed putting this corner fold card together!

Cut Card Base & Layers
Cut a standard A2 size side-folding card base from Lessebo Granite Gray.
Next, cut a front layering panel from Bright Gold Foil.
Choose two coordinating metal texture papers for the front layering panels.
Similarly, cut inside layering panels from Cement Gray and Bright Gold Foil.

Score Card Base & Create Diagonal Panels
Decide how far you want your flap to fold down and score diagonally from the right edge up to the top left corner. For reference, my score line is 2″ down the right edge.
Cut the gold foil panel and two coordinating metal texture papers according to how far down your score line is on the right edge.

Select Ephemera
Choose some ephemera for the card front.

Adhere Layers
First adhere the metal texture panels for the front to the gold foil layers and then adhere them to the card base.
Next, adhere the inside cement panel to the gold foil layer and then adhere it to the inside of the card base.

Add Ephemera
Affix the large ephemera piece to the card front with foam strips. Score the butterfly so the wings bend upward.

Complete Project
Add an ephemera sentiment to the front.
Stamp an inside sentiment in black ink.
As an after thought (not pictured), I added several gold pearls.
