Fall is my absolute favorite season. I can’t get enough of the rich colors! Plus it’s a time to make cards and surprise those closest to us by thanking them for being them.
I started this project by using my Spellbinders Glimmer machine and a plate called Autumn Leaf Border. It is absolutely beautiful on the Pop Tone Orange Fizz Cardstock from the store. I cut an A2 sized piece and applied the gold foil to it.
Next I used stitched rectangle dies to cut the foiled panel and a slightly larger panel out of Pop Tone Hot Fudge.
Then I cut another slightly larger piece (true to A2 size) of Bright Foil Gold cardstock and nested them all together.
Next I used a die from SSS called Thankful for You out of the brown, orange and gold cardstocks. I glued the pieces together and inlaid the orange letters.
Then I applied the finished sentiment on the card and applied green pearl bling on the card front. In the end, I applied a sprinkling of them.

And here is the whole card again. This is a clean and simple style that I think is very effective. It is calming and so pretty with the orange, brown and gold cardstocks and accents.
