Have you started gift wrapping yet? CutCardstock has the most beautiful metallic cardstock available, and it’s just perfect for making your holiday gift tags! Birgit here with you today with some festive holiday gift tags.
Here’s a peek at the Stardream Metallic cardstock colors I used:
Here’s what I did:
*Cut 4 each of the following: Ornaments out of Stardream Metallic Silver, scalloped circles out of printed paper, wreaths out of Stardream Metallic Emerald, and plenty of snowflakes out of Stardream Metallic Aquamarine.
*Glue the printed scalloped circles over the tag die using Tombow Mono Liquid Glue and then glue the wreath die over that.
*Embellish your wreath tags using cute retro Christmas die-cut images and snowflakes. Finish off by adding sticky gems to the centers of each of the snowflakes.
Did you know that Cut Cardstock also has a line of ribbon in their store?
*Add a pretty Ribbon bow and tie on some string and your done!
You can use the back side of the tags to personalize your gift tags.
Please be sure to check out all the great cardstock from CutCardStock.com. I hope you’ve enjoyed this project. Be sure to visit the CutCardStock Facebook Page for more DT inspiration.

You do vintage so well, Birgit! These are just darling, love that little elf!
these little tags are so adorable can you tell me what die you used for the wreath please who makes it etc
Thank you Lois for your kind comment. I’m sorry to say that the wreath die is very old and I no longer have packaging for it. It’s quite possibly a Spellbinders die from years ago. Thank you for visiting The Cut Cardstock blog and we do hope you’ll visit often.
They are too cute, love the sparkle cardstock, vintage is great right now, thoughts go back to simpler times!
