Christmas Gnome

Early Merry Christmas y’all!!! It’s Laura here from Soul Shine Designs, and I’m bringing y’all the cutest gnome y’all have ever seen. This adorable gnome is a cut file by Jillibean Soup. Here is the Design ID #334085 for the Silhouette Design Store.

I was so excited to make this that I totally forgot to take process photos. That’s okay since this was super easy and simple to put together. I did take a screenshot when I was arranging this in Silhouette Studio.

I first sized the ENTIRE cut file as a whole together so that everything would fit together. I knew I wanted this to fit an 8×10 frame. So I made a rectangle and sized it to 10×8, kept the entire cut file grouped, and sized it to fit into the rectangle.

After it was sized, I ungrouped everything and arranged them into groups of color. Then I proceeded to cut everything out using Habanero Red Cardstock, Bonsai Green Cardstock, Royal Sundance Cardstock, and Stardream Metallic Lagoon Cardstock. I also used blue and black cardstock from my stash.

Once everything was cut out, I used liquid glue to adhere everything. I had screenshot the little description photo as a reference to put the berries at. Really you could put them anywhere.

Once this cute gnome was assembled, I chose a pattern paper for the backdrop and added some Nuvo Crystal Drops in Bright Gold.

I hope y’all liked this Christmas gnome as much as I do. Make sure to leave a comment below and follow CutCardStock and me on social media.
