Autumn Banner | Raechelle
Hello! Today I’m sharing this easy to create Autumn banner. It only took a few hours to create, most of the time being devoted to some machine stitching and fussy cutting.

To begin, use your Electronic Cutting Machine to cut banner pieces using Royal Sundance White FELT Cardstock 8.5″x11″ cardstock to desired size. These are 4″ long and 3″ wide.

Next, using some scrap cardstock, trace each banner shape and then cut to size (you can also downsize your banners with your cutting machine, however I opted not to). Next, trim each side down by 1/8″. These will become your templates for your patterned paper.

Once all patterned papers are cut and adhered to banner pieces, add some texture by sewing around the patterned paper.

Then complete the banners with fussy cut designs, stickers, phrases, or whatever you desire.

When the banners are complete to your liking, then flip each piece over and mark 1/2″ from each end with 1/4″ down from top edge. This will be your guide to punching holes.

Once holes are punched, use twine to string each banner piece. I numbered each of mine on the back after I played around a bit and found an order I liked.

That’s all there is to it! I hope I’ve inspired you to create a pretty Autumn banner. The Royal Sundance White FELT Cardstock 8.5″x11″ cardstock is a dream to work with and it’s on sale now in the CutCardStock Store so stock up!
