How to Accent With Gold Cardstock on a Graduation Layout.

Graduation Layout

To start this layout you will need to pick the photo and background paper for the graduation layout. This sheet looked perfect for the photo I was going to use. Next it was matted in Curious Metalliac Gold Leaf Cardstock,

and Classic Crest Solar White Cardstock.

Both of these fabulous cardstocks came from CutCardstock online store. They have a great selection of quality paper, in a multitude of colors and cardstock weights. They also carry envelopes, and other accessories for your paper crafting, and printing needs.

For the title of this layout I used a different Glittered Gold Cardstock, and it was cut out with my die cut machine. Even these thin letters on the title cut like a dream, and the shine was fantastic.

Other accents cut from this cardstock were the name “Jackson” and the 2020 year. Sorry about the glare on this photo, but it really shows the shine on those letters, and date. The top and bottom strips are gold washi tape.

After adding his name and journaling block.

Here is a close up of the journalilng block. Even those tiny stars cut out beautifully.

Here again is the finished layout with all the gold cardstock accents in place. I hope you honor your graduate with a layout of their own this year too.

Congratulations Jackson, and the rest of the 2020 Class.

Be sure and check out the gold cardstock and the CutCardstock Online Store when choosing your cardstock purchases. They can often offer same day shipping, and they always have fabulous customer service. Till next time, Love Penny
