Celebrate!
Hi Everyone! I hope you are all staying safe and feeling well! Today I bring you Celebrate!
I am using Neenah Classic Crest Card Stock Solar White for my card base layer. I am scoring a sheet of 8 1/2 by 11-inch cardstock at the 5 1/2 inch mark so that I can position my die slightly below the fold line to create a shaped base card. This will still have my card base intact.
I am using a die set from Crafters Companion. I have used Purple Tape from Deco Foil to hold my die in place when I run it through my die cutting machine.

Next, I used the same die and cut a frame layer using the Stardream Metallic Gold Cardstock.

Next I cut out a silver circle out of Stardream Metallic Silver Cardstock. I then attached my layers using Scor-Tape. This is what it looks like.

Next I used a circle die from Queen and Company to Create a shaker element, and filled it with sequins from Catherine Pooler.
Then, I used a Word Die that also has a shadow layer from Crafters Companion to create my sentiment. I used a piece of Pop-Tone Card Stock in Black Licorice and put a layer of Scor-Tape on the back. Next, I positioned the word “Celebrate” and followed the same procedure with the shadow layer and a circle die to create the rest of the layers I needed, and ran these through my die cutting machine.
And since I had the Scor-Tape on the back, I was able to attach these layers like stickers.

Finally, to finish off my project, I added some I Am Roses flowers to my project. I really love how this came out.

I do hope you have enjoyed this project and can’t wait to see what you create!
Hugs,
Judy
