Bright, Floral Anniversary Card
A little bright, white cardstock in your stash is key for those clean and simple cards, so I’m so excited that this month all my favorites are on sale at the CutCardstock shop! For this sunny and bright anniversary card, I used an A2 Cougar Folded Card for my base along with a Cougar A2 white Flat Card over the top.
I stamped and die cut some roses from Avery Elle’s Layered Rose stamp set using three colors of yellow ink.
After stamping a sentiment onto the middle of my flat card, I quickly ran the roses through my Xyron to add adhesive to the backs.
I layered the roses around the sentiment, then added a few more with foam tape over the top for some dimension.
I added a simple sentiment from Pretty Pink Posh to the inside.
I’ve been reaching for the folded cards a lot lately, especially when making layered cards. They are 80#, which makes them nice and not too thick when you add another layer on top.
