Hi everyone, Amber here today and I’m sharing a project that I think would make a great gift for a newlywed couple heading out on their honeymoon, or a couple celebrating their anniversary with a special trip.
The project started by cutting the words “Mr” and “Mrs”, using my Silhouette Cameo and Kings Crown Gold Silk Glitter cardstock. With the cut settings dialed in for glitter cardstock, my custom words cut like butter!
I wanted to create the tags using a bit of patterned paper, but also some Classic Crest 130lb to give a clean surface to write on for the back side of the tag and also a bit of sturdiness to the tag.
I die cut two sets of tags and started to assemble everything. Using the Zig Millenium and Gold Uniball Signo pens, I created lines and address information for the tags. Then I simply adhered everything together.
To protect the tag, I used my fuse tool and pieces cut from a scrapbook page protector. I traced around the tag to seal and cut the plastic to size.
I finished off the tags with a bit of white satin ribbon. These tags will stand out in a sea of black luggage, but also make the couple feel special!
