Let It Snow- Winter Home Decor by Pinky
Good morning CutCardStock friends,
Pinky here today with a fun home decor idea all about SNOWand winter!
I know some of you probably despise the cold but I love winter ad love to add
winter decor to my home even if it doesn’t snow much here.
CutCardStock Stardream Metallic is amazing for this because it has a
fantastic shimmer to it and makes every project special! The quality will blow you away.
Also don’t forget about the incredible Shimmery Curious Iridescent Pearl Card Stock,
the most shimmery replacement for vellum, everything will literally GLOW!
Let me share how I created these tea light candle holders from Stardream paper!
(only use electric tea lights please- they run about 3.00 for 3-5).
Using Stardream Metallic Paper + Silhouette Cameo and double deep cut- trim out
this “Let It Snow” Lantern and Snowflake Tealight holder.
Using Shimmery Curious Iridescent Pearl Card Stock-adhere to inside of cuts.
Bend and fold cuts into position. Adhere all sides.
Add brads to hold handle on lantern.
Adhere ribbon to top.
Lay tea light holder on it’s side. Apply Liquid Pearls and Stickles.
Set aside to dry for 1 hour. Turn and repeat.
Add ribbons, brads, crystals, the possibilities are endless!
