Save The Date Postcard Free Template
“Save The Date” cards are all the rage lately. I can see why … with such busy schedules ! So this is a great way to get them to add your wedding date to their calender. I created a Vintage inspired Postcard template for you to download and print your self.
I printed it on a Cougar Opaque Natural Cardstock and was pleased with the Vintage look it gave it. I have it paired up with the Flavours Gourmet Envelopes in this photo. I really felt that the earthy warm colors from the Flavours Gournet line really helped pull the romantic appeal together if you were not wanting to print it up as a post card. Compatible with Photoshop & Elements.
I also have included a 5×7 & a 4×6 file so you can choose which size you would like to work with.
When you open up the template it will have a white center square. Simply open up your photo and drag it to the card template. Look at the left side to you layers palette and make sure that your photo is layered under your date text but above the white layer background square. If is not… simply drag it to where it should be. Next: Click the “ctrl” key & the “g” key simultaneously and this process will clip your picture to the white background assuring you even placement….Super Easy ….
SO GIVE IT A TRY!
This is what it should look like once your photo is clipped. Now you are ready to print.
