Thank You Bouquet

Hi friends, happy weekend! Hope you had a good week and you’re gonna do something fun this weekend! Leslie here, sharing a tutorial for making a super cute floral bouquet with a bee and a matching card. A paper thank you bouquet is an awesome way to thank someone for their kindness! Lots of cardstock was used in addition to my Cricut and an SVG cut file in my arsenal. Let’s get started!

Cut All The Pieces

In my excitement to start assembling, I forgot to photograph the pile of pieces, which I cut as follows:
Lessebo cardstock:
—Sunset Orange – flowers and envelope
—Brick Orange – flower centers and bow
—Cherry Red – flowers
—Moss Green – greenery
—Arctic Blue – flower pot trim and small card base
Rubber Ducky Yellow – bees
Mantis Green – greenery
Scottish Highlands Green – greenery
Granny Smith – greenery
Pop Tone Black Licorice – bees
Classic Crest 80# Solar White – flowers, flower centers and ‘print then cut’ sentiment
Stardream Metallic Crystal – bees wings

Assemble the Thank You Bouquet Inserts

Firstly, adhere the flowers to the greenery layers on the first insert.

Secondly, adhere the flowers and bee to the greenery layers on the second insert.

Create the Pot

There is a mechanism inside the pot with a lever to make the bouquet stand when assembly is complete. Adhere the mechanism to the back of the front panel, then adhere the back panel to the front panel. This will complete the pot.

Add the Thank You Bouquet Inserts

Glue the first insert to the back of the front panel, then the second insert to the front of the back panel.

Complete the Thank You Bouquet Project

Lastly, adhere the greenery, flowers and bee to the matching card, then assemble the envelope. Now this thank you bouquet project is complete!

DIES/PUNCHES: Lori Whitlock 3D Bee Bouquet SVG Cut File
ACCESSORIES: Cricut Explore Air 2, Bearly Art Precision Craft Glue, EK Tools 3D-Dots, Keep It Simple Crafty Girls Buttons
