Layered Happy Moments

Hello crafty friends! Judy R here. Today I have a layered card to share using some of my favorite CutCardStock products.

Neenah Classic Crest Solar White, Poptone Pink Lemonade, and Gold Glitter Heavyweight.

I chose the Pink Lemonade for my card base, and the Classic Crest Solar White for my flowers and butterflies (washi tape pressed into the cardstock and cut out with a coordinating die). The lattice background was cut from the Gold Glitter Heavyweight Cardstock. And finally, I chose a watercolor background for under my lattice die cut.

I started by scoring my A2 card base, and attached the watercolor patterned paper with liquid glue, followed by the Gold Glitter die. My butterflies and florals were attached with foam tape, and liquid glue, alternating some of each for dimensional interest.

Finally, I added my die cut sentiment and popped it up using foam tape. More dimension! The Gold Glitter cardstock adds such a pretty elegance, with all that sparkle!

This card is a gentle reminder to slow down and notice the beauty in everyday moments. Soft butterflies flutter across the design, adding a light and joyful feeling. I love how the butterflies bring a sense of movement and hope. It’s almost as if they’re carrying those little happy memories along with them. It’s a simple card, but it celebrates the idea that lifes’ sweetest moments are often the small, quiet ones we gather along the way!

Thanks for stopping by today!

  1. Absolutely beautiful – and I LOVE the sentiment! Are the washi tape and dies from Pinkfresh Studio? I have quite a few of their products, and the other day I was thinking about getting them out to play because it’s been a while! Thanks for the inspiration!
