Autumn Blessings
Hello friends. Melissa here with a really sweet Autumn Blessings card. I will admit that this card was inspired by a card I saw on Pinterest. I loved it’s elements and simplicity. And with CutCardStock, this couldn’t be easier.
Let’s gather our supplies:
- Neenah Desert Storm
- Neenah Solar White
- DCS Scottish Highlands
- DCS Rubber Ducky
- Pop-Tone Orange Fizz
- Assorted dies, stamps and patterned paper
Let’s make a card! First thing, cut a piece of Desert Storm card to 5 1/2 by 8 1/2 and score at 4 1/4 to make an A2 sized card.

Next, we’re going to cut a card panel using a wonky stitched A2 sized panel and then texture that with a woodgrain cover plate. Be careful – I haven’t come across a woodgrain texture plate or embossing folder that didn’t cut the card stock.

Using some Walnut Stain Distress ink, take this white panel to tan with some dark brown edges. Next, you’ll want to adhere this to your card base. If you cut some pieces like I did, glue them carefully back into place. No one will know but you!

Add a banner to the panel that’s been cut from some pretty patterned paper.
Okay, now all we have to do is decorate this panel. I stamped some pumpkins onto colored card stock, fussy cut them and then inked the edges.

Next, I die cut some leaves and inked those edges. I also decided to stamp and color another image as you’ll see in the photo.

Now, let’s put it all together. I glued the larger leaves to the pumpkins and tucked the smaller leaf behind the mushrooms.

Add a sentiment and you’re all done! I do hope you’ve been inspired by my card. Thank you for stopping by. And many Autumn Blessings to you.
