Christmas In July
The weather outside is in the triple digits but I felt the need to create a winter scene card. Hopefully by thinking about cooler weather, it will make it cooler. Smile
After uploading the file into Cricut Design Space, I pulled all the different colored cardstock I needed to create this fun box card. Colors used for this card are Blast Off Blue, Wedding Cake White, Black Licorice, Pop Tone Wild Cherry Red and three different shades of green which are Granny Smith, Gumdrop and Sour Apple. Each of these papers cut beautifully with the Cricut even with all those small windows & snowflake circles.

You’ll also need some strong double sided tape or liquid adhesive for this card.
After layering all the pieces together, it’s time to build the box.

The best thing about purchased files is that all the design work is done for you. I just had to make sure to score where the score lines were and then adhere the pieces together. It fits like a puzzle.
When placing the inside layers, use the tabs are spacers to keep everything even.

I don’t have writing capability with my Cricut so I just grabbed a black fine point pen and hand wrote the greeting inside the banner on the front of this card. There is also space available in the back to write a note or add an additional greeting.
So cute and it folds flat so you’re able to place it in an envelope.
