How to create an elegant traditional Christmas card

Hello, CutCardStock fans! Leslie here, and thanks so much for joining me on the blog today! Have you started making your Christmas cards yet? That jolly round man will be here before we know it! The card I’m sharing with you today features Bonsai Green and Habanero Red cardstock along with Classic Crest Solar White and Curious Metallic White Silver! I absolutely love traditional Christmas colors!

*Cut standard A2 size side-folding card base and two panels from Classic Crest Solar White cardstock (one for the front and one for the inside).
*Cut one layering panel from Habanero Red cardstock, one layering panel from Curious Metallic White-Silver cardstock, and two layering panels from Bonsai Green cardstock (one for the front and one for the inside).

*Apply strip of red glitter washi tape, narrow strip of Curious Metallic White-Silver cardstock and very thin strip of Bonsai Green cardstock down left edge of inside panel.
*Stamp inside sentiment in brown ink.
*Layer inside panel on Bonsai Green cardstock.
*Stamp image and sentiment in brown ink on front panel, and color image with alcohol markers.
*Stamp cardinal in red ink, cut it with coordinating die, and cut two additional cardinal die cuts to layer together for dimension.
*Apply strip of red glitter washi tape down right edge of front panel (not shown in this photo but you’ll see it in the next photo).
*Layer front panel on Habanero Red cardstock.
*Layer Curious Metallic White-Silver cardstock panel on Bonsai Green cardstock, and adhere the two panel sets together.

*Adhere layered panel to front of card base, add cardinal and add snowflake bling.
*Adhere inside panel to inside of card base. TA-DA, finished card! 😉
