When Life Gives You Lemons Pop-Tones Card
Hi Crafty friends!
I love this stamped sentiment, “When life gives you lemons sometimes you gotta just throw them away and go get some ice cream” Ice cream just makes everything better!
To get this card started, I first die cut two corner rounded rectangles in two different sizes out of Pop-Tone card stock in Wild Cherry and Grapesicle.
I stamped an ice cream cone three times on to Hot Fudge Pop-Tone card stock and three more times onto Pop-Tone card stock in Spearmint, Razzleberry and Blue Raspberry with Versafine black ink. After I stamped them, I fussy cut the ice cream cones out of the Hot Fudge stamped images and the ice cream out of the Spearmint, Razzleberry, and Blue Rasberry.
I stamped the sentiment directly onto the bottom of the Grapesicle corner rounded rectangle which I had die cut out already. I then matted it with foam tape onto the Cherry Red card stock. I adhered the ice cream cones with foam tape above the sentiment. Then, I adhered the whole panel to a 5 1/5″ X 4 1/4″ card base.
