Bright and Happy Thinking of You Card!
Sometimes you just need a fun and bright card to send to a friend just to let them know you are thinking of them. That is just what this card is. I love the large selection of colors to pick from in the Pop-Tone card stock. For the card, I used Pop-Tone card stock in Blue Raspberry, Hot Fudge, Razzleberry, Snowcone, and Spearmint.
I started by die cutting a 5 1/2″ X 4 1/4″ rectangle out of Blue Raspberry card stock, then a smaller rectangle out of Snowcone card stock.
I used a heart stencil and Distress Ink in Peacock Feathers to add hearts to the snow cone card stock with a blending tool.
I die cut a cupcake liner out of Blue Raspberry card stock and Razzleberry card stock. The top of the cupcake out of Hot Fudge card stock. Lastly, I die cut the top frosting out of Spearmint card stock.
I added some high lights with an alcohol marker.
I die cut “Thinking of you” out of Razzleberry card stock.
I layered every think onto a 5 1/2″ x 4 1/4″ card base.
