Hugs Are Always The Answer!
Hi crafty friends! I’m back with another pink Valentine’s Day card – actually, I think it would be a good card to give anytime of the year.
I started with a piece of Astrobright Cardstock in Plasma Pink die cut down to 5-1/2″x 4-1/4″.
Then, I took a piece of Neenah Classic Crest cardstock in Solar White and die cut it down to 5-1/2″x 4-1/4″. Next, I took a word sentiment and die cut it into the die cut panel. Lastly, I took a square die and cut the center out.
I die cut two little hearts and one large one out of Astrobright Cardstock in Pulsar Pink and one little heart out of Fireball Fuschia.
I adhered the small hearts inside so they could be seen through the window of the shaker card.
I adhered acetate over the open window and attached the larger die cut heart to the right side of the window.
I stamped the sentiment under the die cut “hugs” in VersaFine black ink.
I adhered foam adhesive around all of the edges, making sure I had no gaps so I didn’t want any of the sequins to sneak out.
I placed sequins onto the Plasma Pink die cut rectangle. Then, I adhered the panel with the foam tape over it.
