Hi my crafty friends, happy holidays! Hope you are enjoying your time with family and friends! Paper crafting is a fun activity to share your passion with your friends and family. Today I’m gonna show you a floral birthday card I made recently for a friend of mine. It used both die-cutting and watercoloring.
With the floral background die, cutting twice within the rectangular area makes the card front. The cardstock used here is Neenah Classic Crest Smooth Cardstock.
Stamp the flowers and leaves on to the Savoy 100% Cotton Cardstock. Then use watercolor brushes and water to color and blend the images. This cardstock is great for watercoloring since it’s 100% cotton.
Stamp the sentiment onto a ribbon label and blend the distress oxide ink all over it to make it matched with the background.
Assemble everything together. Here comes the floral birthday card!
