Happy Wednesday my dear crafty friends! I have been searching for a good quality emerald cardstock for the 55th anniversary to complete my anniversary card set. Here are the cardstock (Royal Sundance Linen Emerald 80 lb) and envelope (Stardream Metallic Emerald A6 Envelope) that work perfectly for my purpose.
This linen cardstock is 80 lb, which is heavy enough for most card making needs. It has micro-embossing texture. You may see it in the close-up picture below.
First cut the cardstock into sizes of A6 (6.25” x 4.25”) and 4.25” x 3.5”. One piece of A4 cardstock can make two of this cards.
Then die-cut the pieces into intricate patterns. The finish look of this cardstock is very clean.
Cut other pieces with the Classic Crest Solar White Cardstock.
Die-cut the numbers “55” using Bright Foil Silver cardstock. Add a couple of crystals to decorate the flowers. Here is the finished card.
The matching envelope I picked is the Stardream Metallic Emerald A6 Envelope. It has a shinny finish and very rich in color.
