Friends Weather the Storms Together
Sometimes we all need a little help from our friends. Friends help protect us when the storms of life just like an umbrella, just like these friends know.
To get started I used Stardream Metallic Azalea A2 Folded Invitation Card, a piece of Silk Glitter Cardstock in Opulent Opal cut to 4″ x 5″, Cougar White Super Smooth Cardstock cut to 3.5″ x 4.5″, 4″ x 2.5″, and .75″ x 2.25″, a piece of Azalea Stardream Cardstock cut to 2.5″ x 1″, and a small piece of Pow Silver Glitter Paper.
I chose to stamp the images on the Cougar Super Smooth Cardstock because the smooth finish makes it perfect for using colored pencils. I cut out an extra umbrella for layer.
From the Pow Glitter Paper (it is a paper not cardstock), I cut very tiny raindrops. I stuck them to the sticky part of a post-it note until I was ready to use them.
I attached the layers with Score-Tape. I used Foam Squares for the umbrella and sentiment. The rain drops were attached with tiny drops of Tombow Mono Multi-Purpose Liquid Glue.
