This month’s Business Spotlight feature is sharing a bit about Valerie Harb Graphic Design Services!
We sent some questions to Valerie to get to know a little bit about her and her business. She offers custom, handmade invitations, stationery and materials for events — such as seating cards, small signage and other creative decor.
CutCardStock: Tell us a little bit about yourself.
Valerie: I am a mom of three boys who has found her happy place in working with people who are celebrating. I enjoy the freedom to be creative and collaborating with my clients to bring their visions to life. I love that every event I do takes me on another journey of learning and experimenting with color, texture and design.
CutCardStock: How has your business evolved?
Valerie: After starting out doing primarily corporate and small business marketing materials, I took a chance on creating invitations for a party given by a friend. I was hooked. My whole focus changed to concentrating on celebrations and events. It was love at first sight.
CutCardStock: What is your favorite part of business?
Valerie: The people I get to meet. I get to work with families celebrating mitzvahs, weddings, graduations, births…. I get to share in their joy and excitement and be a small part of it.
CutCardStock: What is your favorite CutCardStock product?
Valerie: Metallic stock & envelopes. Love them.
CutCardStock: What bit of advice could you offer to someone starting their own business?
Valerie: Trust your instincts and in your own skills. Never underestimate the importance of quality customer service.
