Love You…CutCardStock!
Hey there CutCardStock friends,
It’s Pinky today and I am so excited to share my latest project with you all.
It’s that time of year again, time for hearts, flowers and fun.
Whether it’s with that someone special or your children or friends,
it is a wonderful time to show how much you care.
When I started this project I just wanted to make an entire
mini album from CARDSTOCK only and show that it can be
just as amazing as any other album. So I chose some of my favorite colors
from CutCardStock and went to town on it.
Let me share how I created this album.
I started with Neenah Astrobrights Fireball Fuchsia Cardstock,
Trim out 3″ squares and used your scissors to cut a full spiral leaving
a small circle in the middle.
Start on the outer edge and swirl the paper to create a flower.
Hot glue to the circle center (it will create a base).
Using die cut machine or hand cut a design for the
cover from Basis Coral Cardstock.
Adhere to cover of acrylic mini album.
Adhere flowers to cover as shown.
Add crystals and pearls.
Cover back of acrylic page using
Trim out 4 pieces of 5X3.5″ papers from Basis Dark Red Cardstock
and Brown Bag Kraft Cardstock to create photos mattes.
Adhere on each side of all acrylic pages.
Add accent journaling cards and stickers.
Thread Satin White Ribbon through each page and tie into bows.
Now you have a beautiful album that looks not
only pretty but heart felt.
Ready for all those photos to remember the love of your life.
