Hi again. Carol from the DT back with a quick and easy patriotic themed card. Can you believe July 4th is less than a month away?
Our son is doing a Summer internship with a Professor and won’t be home for the Fourth. I’m planning on sending him a box with some holiday goodies, and being a card maker of course want to include a card. For this one I used:
Pop Tone Red A7 flat card and matching envelope
Gold mirror card stock
Cream text weight paper
Coordinating scrapbook paper
Computer generated focal
Patriotic themed self adhesive scrapbook borders
I used a red Pop Tone flat card ( A-7) that comes already bordered in gold. Pop Tone also makes coordinating envelopes which is perfect for someone like me who likes things to match.
I layered a smaller piece of red and white striped scrapbook paper onto the flat card , computer generated my focal image, printed it on cream text paper and then mounted it onto gold metallic card stock. Finished up with a coordinating self adhesive scrapbook border.
