Here’s a unique way to add color and detail to dark cardstock. With a little pigment ink, chalk and a couple cotton puffs, you can make a beautiful, creative card to brighten someone’s day!
Chalkboard Technique – Mother’s Day Card by Amber Lawrence
Score the Bloom cardstock in half so that it folds to be a portrait oriented card. Set aside.
Stamp images on Chocolate cardstock. While pigment ink is wet, carefully daub on chalk using cotton puff. Completely cover the sticky pigment ink with chalk. Mix colors as you want to create variation within your stamped images.
Tie the ribbon in a bow or knot around the Chocolate cardstock.
Using dimensional adhesives, attach the chocolate cardstock to the cryogen cardstock mat.
Finally, attach the stamped card front on to the bloom colored card base.
Add your personal message inside and send to someone special!
