THANK YOU NOTE CARDS By Heidi
Here in North West Indiana, we are enjoying the brisk fall weather; and we are enjoying the vibrant fall colors from pumpkins and gourds to changing leaves. The changing of the scenery reminds us of how blessed we are, so we thought it would be nice to feature some Thank you cards. Below are 2 Thank you cards designed by Heidi Boudouris from Pana, IL
On top of the card I stamped and embossed a piece of White Gold Curious Metallic 92# cover stock with gold embossing powder. I then cut out a frame and the words “thank you” from my cricut machine. The frame is in Red Lacquer Curious Metallic cover stock and the “thank you” is in the Mandarin Curious Metallic cover stock.Matched this with a Natural A2 envelope.
Trees—I used the brown bag A7 folded card and envelope. I layered the olive 80# cardstock in a 4 ¼ inch square and the orange 80# card stock in a 4 inch square. I then stamped and cut out 4 trees (different seasons) and cut them at 1 ¾ inches square on the natural 80# cardstock. I layered the “Fall” tree on 1 7/8 inch square Basis olive cardstock. I then cut out a strip of olive dotted pattern paper and adhered it to the bottom of the card. I stamped “thanks” on a piece of the natural cardstock and adhered that above the olive pattern paper. Finally I cut out 4 leaves from my cricut machine in the Basis olive and orange cardstock.
