Happy Birthday to you…. I needed a few more birthday cards for birthdays that are approaching fast. I started with a A2 Card base of Curious Metallic Cryogen White Cardstock.
I used the new colors of Tim Holtz’s Distress Oxides to create a colorful background. I love how the shimmer shows through.
I used a file from Dreaming Tree and my eClips2 to resize and cut the file to fit on a A2 card. I used Classic Linen White cardstock for the butterflies.
I then attached the first layer with Foam Squares. Once that was done I added the 3D pieces.
Last I added some rhinestones to finish the card for a birthday later this month. I decided I didn’t want to cover the front of card with Happy Birthday, so I will add it to the inside of the card.

Who doesn’t love the circus? Why not bring it home with a circus-themed party to celebrate the end of summer?
